I have to say that Jenny you are the genius! This pattern is extremely easy to follow and the sweater is extremely adorable! I love every tutorial you've made! I found that your patterns for 0-3mo are normally on the small side, so I suggest anyone who is trying Jenny's pattern to use a bigger hook (0.5-1mm size up) and you will love your work( and you will love Jenny the Genius as well, lol)! And I'm expecting to see a 0-3mo pullover with bigger neckline because I find it is smaller than the standard newborn head circumference. By now I only have size 2 fine yarn to work with, so I will be very grateful to find the solution. Thanks Jenny!

@LovinglyNie5 жыл бұрын
Hi Eno. I do not suggest to make adult size using this pattern because the yarn is light weight #3 and even is change to bigger crochet hook probably still can't get the size.

I must be an idiot to be confused on row 2. I came to the end of the row and have an extra 5 stiches before I reach the end of row 1. Was I meant to skip a stitch around the corners. The only way mine would work, would be enter a hdc into the next stitch after each ch1 of the v stitch rather than hdc, ch1,hdc into 1 stitch. Can you advise?

I've made these bigger by using thicker yarn and a bigger hook... Also to make it smaller, use a smaller hook and/or thinner yarn :) It's a little bit of trial and error, but if you end up with extras, you can give them as gifts or wait for your little one to grow into the next size lol ;)

Hi Jayashree. In this video I used 100% acrylic yarn nd it is light weight yarn #3 which is also known as DK yarn. It's depending where you live, I suggest use cotton for warmer climate and acrylic for cooler climate.
