I know many of you have been waiting to for this pattern and tutorial! And it's finally here!
Lacy summer scarf, which I named Summer Wildflowers, worked with 100% mercerized cotton yarn, category 2, about 925 yards or 500 grams.
I used five skeins of Yarnart Begonia, color brown. I purchased this yarn on Amazon (affiliate link): amzn.to/3QmQWD4
The written pattern is available in my Etsy and Ravelry shops:

I tried three different #2 yarns and the cotton with bamboo seemed like it didn't split when I was doing the flowers. I feel it's a bit heavy though for the summer here. I was wanting to use yarn I had but maybe the Yarn Art in Begonia is really better for this top. Do you have any comment about the yarn used, is it a better choice? Thanks
@OlgaPoltava
@OlgaPoltava 5 ай бұрын
Yarn Art Begonia is a great choice for a summer top. I made this summer dress with this yarn, and it worked out wonderfully. So I definitely recommend it for a summer top. kzbin.info/www/bejne/e2OWqGODj6iHd5o

Hi Sandy, welcome to my channel! Oh my goodness, your comment reminded me of the lovely pineapple skirt I crocheted myself in my younger days, probably ten years ago. I still have pictures of it on my blog. Back then I wasn't writing patterns or filming tutorials, I was simply crocheting for myself. I'd love to create a pattern/tutorial for a pineapple skirt, but I don't know how soon this will happen. I just got a really big crochet commission that I work on at the moment. Anyways, take a look at that skirt of mine and let me know what you think: lacycrochet.blogspot.com/2013/09/my-new-skirt.html

Yes, this pattern would work for so many different crochet projects! I really like this yarn! I love the texture of this cotton and the wood, so I might even use my scarf as a table runner. Sending hugs to Austin from San Jose, CA 🤗
