She connected it , the place she started went around and connected and started new row! Bottom going around like a square but no edges ! Go into each stitch and add in corners if it start going into hat and after while she going into back loop to stretch material into a bag, that’s when you know how big bag you want

Usually if it's not stated front loop or back loop, it's both. I've never seen both specified.

Your instructions are NOT clear and are INCOMPLETE!!! 👎🏻 You keep skipping main steps ….ie. where you link it with slip stitch and also you added 2 more single chains at the beginning on top of the 10 chains to form first stitch! Please redo the instructions!
