Donna, Thank you so much for this video. I came across the crab stitch a while back, but try as I may I just couldn't "get it". I consider myself an intermediate to advanced crocheter, but I just could not do the crab stitch - grrrrr. After my last failed attempt, I thought of your and your site, I checked out this video, and voila I created a lovely crab stitch edging! As if that wasn't enough I found two more edgings that I can use. I really get a lot from your videos and your training methods. Keep up the good work. Kind Regards, Kim

These are pretty border stitches. I have used the Reverse Single Crochet stitch before, but haven't seen the other two. I will definitely try them. I really like how close up you demonstrated these stitches. And the colors you used makes it very easy to see where to insert the hook. So, thank you for that! I'm looking forward to trying the other two border/edging stitches.

These are small stitches (height wise) so I would think it would look very nice with all the fluffy yarn on the market today. I do believe the look would be neat and polished.

Yep it is possible! You just have to twirl the hook in the opposite direction.
