Another tip for myself when determining right side and wrong side: I use the tail of the foundation chain as a guide to right or wrong side. If the tail is to my left, I'm on the right side. If the tail is to my right, I'm on the wrong side. Just a simple tip. And just because I'm anal, I find that sc is better than double crochet as far as the end floats. I abhor the end floats on the dc tapestry but I've kind of learned to live with it because it's something that is unavoidable. Currently I'm working on a tapestry crochet project from yarnspirations. The snowflake blanket. I also am going to join the squares differently since I don't like that sc ridge.

I’m having trouble, if say I’m doing yellow and wanting to keep yellow in the next line, how to bring the black with it without it showing on the back. We didn’t address that in the video because the S was in the middle of the background colour. Would love a reply to this please.
