Hello my friend 👋!! so I started out with a chain of 13 and then I did my double crochet back down that chain. my first few chains that I skipped count as the first double Crochet. Then as I’m at the tip you do two doubles in the same stitch. Check out at about 4 minutes and 17 seconds. It may help explain it better 💗💗 I hope this helps!!!

I have just started another very similar bra cup project, but it has a chain 2 in the top where yours have a chain 1 in the top. Could that be the reason why mine doesnt seem quite as curved as yours? (or should we find the explanation in the fact that you crochet tighter than me?). Yes so the amount of chains at the top will have an effect but also the single crochet around the edge at the end 💗
