Thank you for the tutorial on the crab stitch edging. For me the tricky bit is slip stitching to join the end of the round of this crab stitch border. The crab stitch isn't a typical crochet stitch that is easy to see the v's to slip stitch to so I wasn't really sure how to slip stitch to join and finish the round. I really wish that the slip stitch at the end of the round was included in the video because your coaster is beautiful and the edging closed up nice and neat where mine is looking a bit of a mess (not bad, but not as nice and neat as yours looks) so it would of been nice to see how you joined the end of the round of the crab stitch edging.

I would love to see the process of you using it to join squares. Not sure I understand how to do that fully. I love it for the edging . I need to try this again. I tried it years ago but couldn’t get it. But your video is done really well so perhaps I can attempt again with your guidance Thank you ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Do you mean using crab stitch to join squares?

How do you close it at the end of the round?

If you leave quite a long tail, and the weave this into the coaster with a darning needle.

Could you do a video on mittens? :)

I don’t think I’ve ever made any mittens. Perhaps one day, thanks for the idea 💡
