I’ve watched videos on how to curve the ball years ago and I stuck by those techniques. And never watched another one. I never had the best curl but I was satisfied. But honest to god I have never seen a video that explained the technique the way you did. I mean they said the same things but some of the physics they didn’t go over.

Hello, thank you so much for this tutorial. It's useful. May I know how we can increase our free-kick power? Curling a fast free-kick seems to need totally different technique than normal shooting. Some other tutorials on the internet say it needs to strengthen our core muscles, but I haven't figured out the right way to curl a fast free-kick. Hope you can shed some lights on it.
