Probably adding fitness to the end of your session rather than taking time away from the ball. Playing in matches is also a great way to build stamina 👍

You literally just do the same drills you use your strong foot for, but get reps with your weak foot. There are no special drills that improve your weak foot faster 👍

It just means tensing the muscles around your ankle so that if you were to try and planter flex or dorsiflex your foot manually with your hand, you wouldn’t be able to. Basically just making your ankle rigid 👍

They include multiple areas mate. Passing, shooting and first touch. Sometimes I’ll do individual sessions solely working on dribbling, but remember that individual training should be supplemental to team training, where you work on all aspects of your game 👍👍
