Hi now came across ur channel, and am seeing that u r doing different flares cutting am a bit puzzled because in cutting d 360 u said 8" is ur waist then u started saying 1 1 " mabe 2 2 " Don't understand, is there an easier to cut and get these circles, ? ,so if my waist is 40 and I ÷ by 4 and then do wht with d 4" Ma, the radius and calculations r to confusing for me , help ,explain more precise please thanks and I would love to see u do a top with that Asymmetrical neckline tutorial u did with a 360 peplum bottom and zipper at d back Hmmmmm am just asking keep up the good job 👏 please reply soon.

No you told the fabric into four.

What if it is a top Do you use the under burst or waist measurement to cut it? And if your waist is 36 and you divide by 4 it is 9 Do u measure 9 when cutting the 360 flare?

It depends.... If the cut for the blouse stops under your bust then the measurement for the flare will be under bust measurement if not it will be the circumference of the point where you want it to be. You can measure 9.5 so you have a sewing allowance that's if you need to attach a zip. If not measure 9.
