With all die respect....this method of cutting a flared skirt is outmoded and infact never give the beauty of a flared skirt.....Will advise you to study patterncutting to acquire the skill of adapting a skirt block to a flared skirt.

I disagree with you Even after using a pattern to cut out a 360 degree flare If you are using any other fabric with longer length Your pattern fits into your fabric perfectly well But Ankara has a length of 43 inches So definitely it will not fit Except if you want to adapt your skirt block into 180 degrees Then cut 2 pieces an to give the 360 Then you will not find any joining on your fabric
