I really loved this very detailed and inspiring video! Now I can plan wedding cakes better and for sure stay in the venue to make sure the cutting is properly done, unfortunately it happens that they can't cut the cake as it should. Lots goes wasted and people are not satisfied because given just cake without filling. So I really thank you and congrats on this great video.

This video was great and very informative! Regarding saving the top tier for the first anniversary, the cake will taste just as fresh as long as you wrap it properly. I explain to wrap the cake and/or box in plastic wrap and then wrap then wrap in heavy duty foil and gently place in the freezer. When thawing, unwrap and let it set at room temp. For those that did save it they advised that it tasted great and was still moist. I also find that cutting cakes like you did with the second tier is easier versus the way you cut it on the third tier, which I’ve done in the past too.
