I like the way you explained the Rib End of the pork loin..... like a Rib Eye steak if beef. I was little nervous cutting lengthwise to make the Country Style, but it looks good.

Thanks for another great video. The whole pork loins are such a great value compared to the pre-cut chops. I love cooking the rib-end roast on my smoker until it hits about 145 and slice it really thin for sandwiches.

so how big would you cut a roast from the loin end? I saw a Chef Jean Pierre video for a stuffed pork loin and this looks like a great way to source the pork.

It all depends on how big the loin is. I like to look at the color of the meat. Once you see the dark meat fading out, that's where I cut it

I like to take a slice of the sirloin end butterfly it, pound it out, batter and fry to make pork schnitzel. Serve with braised red cabbage and mashed potatoes or spaetzel. Yum!!

Good job on merchandising the boneless loin I would have added a boneless pork roast to it or a butterflied stuffed pork roast, also loin of pork makes excellent pork cutlets with all the fat taken off.

I've recently found that purchasing the pork loin is way cheaper then buying already cut pork chops. My problem is in the cutting up of the loin into chops. I am thinking I really need a better knife! Any suggestions on a good knife to buy for this? Thanks for the video also, as I learned so much about this cut of meat, that I didn't know! Excellent butchery. is the pork fillet in that cut? Have broken down a few beef tenderloins to get at the fillet, basically as soft as piece of meet that needs herb love. Do not have any experience with the pork tenderloin. Would you recommend bone on or boneless?

No pork tenderloin comes from the inside of the pig just like the cow. This peice of meat would be the same as a strip loin or ribeye from beef. Tge tenderloin loin is separated by a bone just like a porter house would be. You are entered in for the free knife give away

Also I wanted to say thank you I did subscribe I want to see you get to 5,000 as well but quit cutting off the fat If the customer doesn't want it let them tell you because I actually go in and look for the fattiest piece of pork beef or anything else so that's just a tip for you again there's so many of us that are on the carnivore or keto diet and we look for all that fat The fattier the better..
