This is the second time I’ve used this video to cut my pre-teen’s hair. It came out even better than the first time. I am not a professional hairstylist and I am so proud of how this comes out. This time I was able to use the thinning shears at the end and I really feel they made a great contribution to the overall blend, as my kiddo has very thick hair. I’m so grateful for finding your channel!

Left handed barber stylist from Detroit Michigan!! This video is helpful because the way other people have tried to teach me the same haircut, it's too much. You made this cut very simple. Thank you

I actually self-cut my hair. Been doing it since late 2018. I started with simple short haircuts and your comb over scissor and comb over clippers techniques have helped a lot with my shorter haircuts. My dexterity has improved a lot over the users and with the use of a multie mirror setup and extra accessories (thinners, hair clips, special combs that you use, etc...), I've gotten pretty good at longer length haircuts and it's quite the hobby now. Clean-up isn't bad with a vacuum

You have continually refined my technique, proved ideas, and explained different aspects of cutting hair I have wanted. Not a professional, but I have been cutting hair since late 1980s...even my own. I use the same simple equipment as you displayed in this video. My wife no longer will go to a stylist - darn it, I am doing too well (you deserve some of that credit!). Thanks for all your videos, and I appreciated your efforts to provide such information as you do. Cheers, TH (PS. I watch the entirety of all your videos...)

I watched the whole video (on normal speed, I usually speed up most to 2x). I didn't mind the hairdryer because it's not edited, it's a realistic expectation of how long it could take Me. I've been looking for a how-to for the long on top BTS type cut, so I really enjoyed this video. I always look forward to my husband's hair growing just so I get to have the fun of cutting it again. My mom always cut all of our heads of hair and I have now cut hers, my dad's, my nephew's, my husband's and his mom's and sister's hair, of course my own. They all really liked how I did their hair. But it's so personalized that I can't imagine having someone show me a picture of what they want, I tell them I'll just have to ask their hair what it wants me to do. Hahaha. So fun.

Amazing job! I’m 36 and growing my hair out for the first time ever. It’s been 10 months and I feel like it should be longer but I also haven’t gotten any trims and the back is longer than the top so I’m looking to get my hair cut for the first time and I’m so nervous and I’ve been looking for 2 weeks and still haven’t made an appointment yet lol. You do amazing work and I have a few photos I’ve taken out of your videos and saved a couple to show whoever does end up being my hair stylist

My barber accidentally cut my hair into layers which is the best hairstyle that I ever got . I was happy soo much I list all the lengths of every part of my hair but luckily he never cut like that again. I think I have seen what to do lets see what happens. Thank you for your video sir.

Hi can you please do a hairstyle tutorial for the new assassins creed mirage character. He’s named basim at the start of the trailer where he’s a young thief that’s the hairstyle I love. It’s about medium length and I think it would fit me I just need a tutorial and I know you can execute it well so I can show my stylist

How can I prevent future balding. I’m 14 btw, what can I do so I don’t bald?
@maximiliancarl63742 жыл бұрын
If you are naturally balding its all about genetics, unfortunately you cant do much about it. However its very rare to start balding at 14, guys who have bad genetics can start to bald when they are 17-20 years old. If its not natural it may be traction alopecia or something. You can google how to prevent it
@prominecraft69732 жыл бұрын
@@maximiliancarl6374 I’m not balding yet. I just want the balding to happen a lot later. My grandparents didn’t bald as early as my dad. In fact my grandparents have more head hair than my dad. I don’t know why my dad had to start balding early. I heard Minoxidil can help

Omg I wish I seen this video before my husband got his haircut. I watched the entire thing. My husband had long hair like this. We wanted to shorten it a bit and the stylist guy used the trimmer and pretty much buzz his hair off with a #3 and only left the top of his head long. Not what we wanted and it was too late. We even showed him a picture of how we wanted it and clearly there was way more hair on the sides and back. We left with his hair getting a buzz cut. 🤬🤬. Now after watching this video we will ask to have only scissors and layer it, which is exactly what he want he wanted. Now we have to wait a long time to grow it out again. Salon Guy, the top of his head, the long hair he left drapes wrong, it is sticking out no matter what product we put. It sticks out on the top and back part of this head. How can I fix this? Just about 3” on the top so that it lays on the buzz parts more blended?

My hair keeps falling curling, how do I make it straight?

Honestly, the only the way you'll truly be able to have that straight hair look is using a flat iron and straightening your hair.

I went to cosmetology school and got my license back in 2017 and sadly never got to renew them even though I did the hours online due to just having a baby during the time to renew and Covid. I’m hoping that I can re get my license and I haven’t cut hair in a few years except my fiancé who hair is long and now finally letting me take it short 🥹😭
