Since the ankara fabric has 4inches extra for lining(to fold in the hem without the lining showing) Isn't the lining supposed to be the same 4inches shorter than the main fabric? I don't understand why the lining is 7inches shorter.

It's shorter coz when hemmed at bottom, then brought up to waist, that's what creates the bubble effect ❤
