Hi Kunbi, I really enjoyed your style of pattern making. I am still learning how to draft and make alterations for larger and smaller areas of the body. Where I really struggle with the Western Style of paper pattern making is the darts, because of the peaked tail end. All that paper folding and my darts are still poor. Your style seems to work great! I didn't see you sew your darts and wonder if you have a good example here on KZbin. Thank you, this was a wonderful overview of the bodice and that great Stand Up Collar!

Instead of the facing you can cut your lining and use only be sure to fix gum stay on the fabric

By quarter of an inch do you mean half an inch
@KraftedatKunbis13 ай бұрын
By quarter of an inch I mean for example the longest mark between one inch and two inches is half an inch(0.5) so that will be one and a half (1.5) then the longest line between 1 and 1.5 is quarter of an inch. So a quarter of an inch is 1/4 or 0.25. I hope this makes sense.
