Hello ma, i really love the tutorial but i got confused at a point. When u folded the front panel, u used 10" on fold n qhen u open it its 20". When u were cutting the side, u used 15" which is not up to the 20" u used for the CF and CB. Pls is there a reason to that

Yes because the side is 2 making it 30 instead of 20 so the side needs to be wider a little
