I think the podcast where you described this in depth should be the main video on the channel's home page. Because apparently people have not watched it, hence why they keep submitting the same question each week.

yeah i agree, i get this is a big problem for a lot of people but it seems like a waste of time to have to answer the same question again and again

I agree…but in defense of those of us with this issue, there are a few small differences with each persons’ question on this topic. For example I have been lifting for three years and have this issue but I have tried before and failed. The question from last week was from a man who was really just starting his weight lifting journey, so a pretty different situation. Perhaps an episode with many different scenarios would be helpful (they are endless, but still important to try to give some examples). I definitely listened to everything I could find that they mentioned before asking my question (which took about 5 weeks between my email and the interview…). But I agree a comprehensive episode on this would be fab!

Issues with my metabolism too, seems like working out even more consistently does nothing for it (thought I could recomp) Gonna try to lean instead.

I dislike the scale, I go more by body shape. Are you looking good? Then why care so much about the scale?
