A brief history of soup and noodles
This type of dish has a long history and has been consumed since the sixth millennium BC. The first soup was made from hippo meat. Since then and until now, all the peoples of the world have consumed this preparation and adapted it to the region where they come from.
In Romania, chicken soup has been used since ancient times to treat digestive diseases, colds, but also when a person is recovering. This type of food is easily digestible and therefore was also used for therapeutic purposes.
