just a quick observation... Your table may be too tall for you. I am noticing that your shoulder shifts UP toward your head which isn't good for your neck Cutting large amounts must tire you something awful, or put you in some pain. If your table does't drop, maybe you could stand a box to give you much better ergonomic control.
