Fading Steps:
Trim top to desired length
- Set in guideline with 0 lever closed
- lever open set in next guideline
- 1 guard lever open next guideline
- 1.5, 2 & 3 guard blend up
- Clipper over comb
- Blend second guideline w/ .5 guard open to 3 qtr
- Continue blending second guideline w/ 1 guard open
- Blend first guideline w zero, lever closed
- Open lever half way, continue blending
- Continue blending with lever open
- Do any touch up work
- Use trimmers to take out bottom hair
- Use electric shaver
- Do any line up with trimmers
- Shave with straight razor

There are many different techniques used to cut hair, there is no right or wrong some people even use fire but what is important is leaving your client satisfied.

Porfavor que alguien me exlique si es importante la altura detras de la cabeza si el fade tiene que ser debajo del hueso occipital o por encima de el.... el low fade si se que debe venir la linea de la 0 por debajo del hueso occipital y el de high fade por encima pero el mid no lo tengo claro

Another great one. I definitely benefited from doing fades in steps like I learned from you guys. I tried the starting at the top before but I felt like I would loose my guide.
