This haircut shows you how to connect the top from a very short undercut to a long top, still connecting the back behind the ears. It will be an easier haircut to style then such a large disconnection.

I’d just like to say that watching your videos is such a thrill for me. I have a silly little disorder called “essential tremor” which means, as I’m sure you can guess, that my hands are constantly shaking. No one knows the cause but lots of people have it and it can be quite disruptive. It doesn’t completely limit our capabilities - you’d be surprised how many of us ETs are artists! I cut my husbands hair and some how I manage a good hair cut on him thanks to you and some of the other barbers on youtube - it just takes an age! But your movements are so fluid! What you do is certainly an art form and I envy you massively (in a good way!) Congratulations on such a successful career. You haircut also kicks ass!

This would be a very accepted and great haircut amongst Europe’s top barbers. Many of them do work that looks like this, just because didn’t use any plastic guards or metal blades doesn’t mean she can’t cut hair. It actually means she can. Please don’t speak on things you don’t know, she clearly has dedicated her life to this and doesn’t deserve to be insulted with “women can’t cut”

Take your son to someone else. Don’t do it yourself unless he’s a grown man. I’m a hairstylist and when my son was young it was ALWAYS a constant struggle. It was ruining our relationship! So I started taking him to a pretty, young, lady barber. Best decision ever! Now he’s a grown man, he has me cut his hair and it’s fun for both of us!

Luckily this guy could probably pull off any hairstyle. Once disconnected - Connected now! A year of growing gone in a minute. This is a totally different cut all together. The purpose of a beautiful disconnected style this dude had before, was completely fulfilled! If she "cleaned" it up a bit, if at all, it would have been sufficient.

Beautiful hair! Sorry to see so much of it go. While I think the finished cut looks good, it wasn't wasn't what I was expecting. I've seen hair cutting techniques that can keep much of the top length while connecting the bottom, but this is more like fade-ish with some length on top.

What an amazing artist! Now going to grow my hair long to get a similar cut. His hair looks like it was about to go Legolas if it grew any longer, even though it was good looking, but this cut should give him a longer time to rock that hair style without visiting the shop every two weeks. i know im super late but my oldest son has faded bottom and long top. people comiment his thick beautiful hair all the time. we have an awesome barber who never butchers his length. takes off cpl inches each visit and even after 4 or even 8 wks (if we cant go in) its still great on top and we can just do the Undercut/fade or buzz bottom at home as a touch up. go on youtube and look up undercut with fade. theres some really good ones and if you dont have the clippers they use make sure you type in the cut then "with trimmers" i forget thr name but one guy does self cuts and even offer classes online. he tells you every bit of it. or i know brad mondo does one but slightly shorter on top. again sorry im beyond late on this video & your comment but if you still were curious i fig id help. ☺️🙋🏼‍♀️

@@osamab814 Yea I did, but I had help for the back, there's just no way to be able to tell what the hell is going on there without someone doing it. Key is separating your hair into segments just like she did. Then go in with different blade sizes to get the "layering".
