Others re using flare to cut ball gown But u use gathers to cut ball gown.. That means ball gown can be achieved with flare or gathers Right, pls enlighten me on this

You can use flare, gathers or pleats to make a ball gown. You can even use a combination of flare & pleats or flare & gathers to make a ball gown. Just be creative.
