I just did your Kitty cut, two weeks ago. I had long, thicky curly hair, and I took 12 inches off the back, and 9 inches off my "bamgs". It came out amazing and I absolutely love it. It looks great curly or straightened. This style is really cute too. Thanks for all your videos, and sharing your knowledge. It is inspiring. ❤✂️

I'm gonna try this on my daughter. She told me yesterday she wanted collar bone length hair. This is perfect.

After a terrible haircut my hair is growing out and finally almost this length. My issue is the ends of my hair ALWAYS flip out at the ends. I really don't like that and even when I straighten it within the hour it is flipping out again!! Do you have any suggestions on how to keep the ends from flipping out while I get the length below my shoulders? Thank you!

Paul, Question for you, just because I’m curious. If you were to cut her hair in a ponytail like this with the head tilted forward at the beginning, would there still be graduation (with hair needing trim underneath)?
@wendy85619 ай бұрын
This was what I was thinking too at the same question
@jo4vt9 ай бұрын
@@wendy8561 I guess you’d have to tip the head forward while making the ponytail, secure it, then have them tip their head up? I don’t know.
@wendy85619 ай бұрын
@@jo4vt yeah but it would be so close together unless we spread it it real for apart you know I have another idea you bring your hair in sections from the back occipital bone all the way to the top straight line until you run out of hair at the length you have consistent layers and that's all over your head but unless you done really little ponytails I think it may work that way but thank you

The curious thing is, these KZbin stylist are using different terms to describe classic haircuts. Trying to shame and ridicule “in salon” stylist if they don’t quickly recognize YOUR new term to describe something old, is hurtful to the profession. But, hey, that’s on you. There is nothing new under the sun. Vidal Sassoon created the 5 basic, foundational haircuts upon which any and all haircuts can be achieved. Hair art is wonderful. Much success to you and all who want to try your techniques. I think it’s great that people can enjoy learning to cut their own hair if that’s what they want to do☺️
