Really great video. Wood rounds are so expensive. It would be so good to do and have the stock available. I'll have to check my router and get the extender guide. Thank you for all the info you provide.

We use a compression bit in our CNC when we cut shapes. You get less tear out because its both uncut AND down cut

I do not know how you work in that heat. Love the video and would use your technique if I ever had to cut a round. I use to do woodworking but since moving I cannot take the heat so I do very little of it anymore. Besides - since finding you I know you can do any sign I might need!
