i have this same kit. idk if I have something wrong but the e brake isnt that strong. With the ebrake on I can still push the car. I actually had it roll away from me the other day. is yours the same?

If I don’t pull it all the way up it’ll slightly roll with 2 people in the car. I haven’t had it roll on it’s own weight though. I think you can try to tighten it in the middle where it attaches to the e brake under the car.

I'd recommend tightening your e-brake cable or replacing it with T3 cable, i have a friend with the same issue, only T3 cable solved that as you can tight it more

Milk Fab Engineering. I have fit the CV axle conversion. And their Mustang disc brake conversion. It has no issues with hand brake. And is less expensive than the Wildwood set up. Just saying ... Glad you moving forward " I was wondering what happened with your rear disc set up, now I know!"

You most likely have the 280zxt axles, I’m running the 300zxt axles. On the stock mustang caliper you can cut and modify the e brake to fit it as well. I ended up with the wildwoods because i go a good price on the whole kit literally the day after I made this video lol. I might do this conversion on a different 240z I have and make a complete video with e brake as well

You should update the comments/description your other 240Z rear brake video with the issues you encountered. It’s misleading they way it is now showing that it can work and have an emergency brake as well

The other kit works, but the axle conversion I did interfered with the last kit. Over 100 people did the rear brake kit from my video and had no issue
