not sure if it's correct or not In lower keys I take 1 point out of high tolerance (i'm rarely ever in red stagger anyway), and put it in blackout combo. and then swap from bountiful brew to Attenuation. The multiple breath of fire hits, rushing jade wind hits etc. are proccing a lot and letting me get bonedust down to 20-25 second cd. reliably 30 seconds to get 2 uses per exploding keg. It's 1.5 ppm for Bountiful brew, so roughly every 40 seconds. This gets me one every 30 and controlled, so I have it available for basically every pull. As you mentioned in lower keys nothing lives long enough to time cd's. So I do this and have bonedust up for everything, with bonedust + keg every other pull or more depending on damage. All it costs me is 1 point in High Tolerance which I'm not getting much benefit from in low keys anyway. And also ensures I have a lot of celestial brews. drops it down to 20 seconds or something stupid. I can still get sub 30 second bonedust even with bountiful brew. but it requires full uptime and not missing a single blackout combo keg smash. But it's unreliable with the downtime between packs etc.

You mentioned before spiteful was good on tyrannical weeks. I'm assuming I already know the answer since we're way more focused on dealing dmg to adds than bosses. But do you ever find running whetstone and spiteful storm good for tyrannical week? Or any use case for grieftorch? I don't raid much so I'm trying to get clever with trinket choices. I'd only be able to get them on heroic difficulty. Got manic and boon heroic this week and went with manic because I actually main WW but I've been loving BM. Do you ever use tiger's palm or should I just remove from my bars on BM? Edit: Also, congrats on rank 2 BM monk, you're crushing it. I was running the non Bonedust brew build, excited to try this build and take my dmg to another lvl.

I had a question about when you purify damage during pulls since some of our talents empower our skills depending on the amount of stagger we have. When do you purify in a pull? Do you wait till you have red stagger or do you ever purify if you're in the moderate yellow stagger? thanks in advance

I only purify in yellow to try to force dodges on boss fights to build purified chi on low damage boss fights. Otherwise I purify high red stagger

Sry to comment on an old video. But why do you only want 30% crit? Is there a reason you wouldn't want as much as possible? Or is that just how much you were able to get after getting your vers and mastery above 20? I assume you want mastery above 20 bc of a break point where it takes 1 less stack if elusive brawler to guarantee a dodge?

I'm wanting to try brewmaster. Currently sitting at 405 ilvl. My biggest downfall is I panic quite a bit when at red stagger. Do you go to red stagger quite often or is that just a sign I'm not purifying at the right times?

High keys - red stagger all the time. With practice come patience, no panic. Brew is a tank that reacts on situation, sometimes u even dont need to clear red stagger immediately or at all. Some healers can cover 500k of stagger with healing easily. Or you can heal it with some stacks of expel harm/Celestial Brew. The point that you will not die in 1 second, your health bar always come down smooth, so u press clear/heals/absorb in best time.

I sit at red stagger on trash a lot and purify at very high stagger to get more gai plins value

i want to use exploding keg at 4 stacks butvery often it goes more like: opening the pack, every dps bursts af. looose aggro. try to get aggro. miserably fail for whatever reason. fuck it i need eyploding keg for aggro. you have any plans or suggestions for that kind of pugging content? i feel like in 7 out of 10 cd cycles its almost impossible to actually apply the perfect dps rotation for bs reasons. (almost exclusively pugging at lvls 22 - 24)

I think there's not much you can do if dps players don't respect aggro and just hit super early, but I would try to make sure you're putting enough buttons into the mobs you're rounding up

Sometimes in like 21keys i go into a pull and get almost onhit =D What should i press there im not sure what to do against that i use atm deffensivs sometimes when i go into a pack but it feels so wasted... Way I see it, on trash pull brew does comparable damage to dps specs. On bosses, it's like half the damage of a dps spec... Be better at what you're good at.
