That is all wrong.. There is no proper HR management in many companies especially hyderabad based companies.. How come employee only to do all such things while he is busy in technology and project. Why rmoloyee should maintain good relationship with HR instead company.. Company should be proactive to safeguard employees..Just bakwas..local IT Companies are eating margins as long as billed else terminating them as recession reason
