Thank you! I dealt with this craziness for a number of years from a close family member. I had some very dark days trying to make sense of their completely outrageous behavior. As empaths, our initial tendency is to assume the fault is ours, and we are to blame. It took me longer than it should, before I recognized the truth and the manipulation I was experiencing. Happily, I’m now fully aware, and I’m no longer a victim of this person.

Thanks for your comments, I really value them. I agree with everything you say and it is very hard during those dark times to feel any balance and understanding of what is happening. I always thought it was me and that I wasn't good enough because I grew up with a narcissistic father and narcissistic relationships felt normal and familiar. It took a lot of abuse and pain to wake me up but when I did, there was definitely no going back. I've been on my healing journey for years and every day feels lighter and more connected to myself instead of abandoning myself, as I did before. There is no timeline for recognizing what is going on within the relationship so please go easy on yourself. It's not your fault and you now have the freedom from their control to follow the path you were born to follow. Sending you healing energy for continued peace and freedom. ✨🙏🏻💖

Thank you, and I appreciate your willingness to share and educate those who are still captive in the twisted world of these very sick people.

I forgot to mention that in May I'm doing an online masterclass on narcissism where you can send your questions anonymously or ask the question in real time. Here is the link to the waiting list and I hope to see you there! 🙏🏻💖 findingparadise.me/narcissist-masterclass-waitlist
