I am literally going through the exact same stages and injury as you right now. Impact shoulder injury, heal and rest, now onto the rehab stage and working on other areas of importance. Horrible to sit and watch at such a vital stage of the season, but coming back too soon is the most anxious thing for me. Rotator cuff and all adjoining tendons and ligaments have got to be right to cope with the shoulder strength required. Hope your recovery goes well mate, and keep up the good work on the channel!

thank you, also the most important thing is getting injured like as many as 5 time until you learn how to avoid them, it's very natural, and that's the most effective because you will never get injured after that

Not always, unfortunately things can happen that are out of your control! But you do learn certain things that help you to avoid injuries, like a good strength & conditioning programme, eating/sleeping well, warming up, etc.

i agree with you. When i was younger 3-4 years ago i had leg injury because i was substitute goalkeeper and i know play in the pitch too, because of this i went on the pitch in 70th minute. I slized after ball but i wasnt warmed up. I could not stand on foot. Week after this my colleague had leg injury too. I was new becasue of this i felt that i must continue despite of injury. Next 5-6 matches was nightmare. I could not rush after ball becasue of this injury. This matches was the worst i ever had because of this injury. Nowadays, when i am older i know that this isnt solution to the problem. Our team had friendly match in Saturday we lost 4:0 but i have some leg issue but i hope it will be ok until next saturday :) Good luck :)
