I agree 💯 - Grief letter is one of my favorite tools to process grief (of all sorts - not even just the grief of losing a person).

You are always so helpful, it is so painful when we lost someone but we should not close our doors but continue in life! Losing someone will definitely come but we should accept it cause it is part of life! Thank you for your advice Dr, Suri! ❤️
