Be truly honest and ask their problems that they been through their life. Also i think they doubt so much because people of this world are becoming so toxic so these narcissist that was a very nice person becomes very toxic because of the old bad things that they have been through in their life. And i think this is what is the reason to being an narcissist. And they poke or pinch you check your reality that what you are in anger and so they can spit out the truth from your mouth in anger situation. And i observe the reason behind this psychology. World is not innocent in reality and people aren't honest. And if someone could read other person mind, he won't take doubt because he would be sure after read your thoughts inside brain. So the answer is be 100% real and honest. Don't use sneak or subliminal actions that sent a doubtful message that breaks the trust bond. "A narcissist is not a smart person to live in the world smartly" i can say in a nutshell. My theory behind the mind 💙

@@Dheer-Raj solution is to see the situation from others point of view. I think when a narcissist gaslights us, we start to lose our own self worth and start feeling dependent and weak. You should stay confident and see your situation from third person's eye. Then you will realise what's happening to you. And best way to deal with them is to stop being vulnerable around them and stop reacting to them.

I suffered a lot in a 10 years relationship with such person. First 3 years were nice but later on it spoiled. Really it was dangereous and drained my intellect, finance. Profession and business. Your work is very valuable. It took me one year to get out of impact. I am practicing vipashna meditation as well as into coaching since last 17 years. That's why I could survive myself and escaped. No I am doing well in all aspects of life.

I am a woman who is having NPD tendencies..... earlier I used to be very disturbed by viewing videos of criticism because I was searching for some cure and ofcourse as my lack of emotional maturity , some comfort I am living with a friend who is kind enough to criticize me, give me left and right and show me my place....I feel pained and ashamed to have caused such suffering to people around me and also ashamed being a black hole that drains energy. I am desperately wanting to be a good person. Now a days I look at criticism as God's voice. I know people like me should not be accepted in this world. I want to end my life many times. But this is not the solution. I do not want to be a tool in the devil's hands and mock at Life .Now I am having the courage enough to listen to criticism so I am very thankful to my friend who has made me grown up enough and to you for uploading this video Ma'am. He has some good qualities also , he helps me whenever i need. But I'm not happy within. I feel alot of anxiety with him. He does his work whenever we have a fight. But I'm not able to focus on my life. I don't feel like eating or getting out of my bed after an argument. For the last few months, things have really become worse. He keeps on blaming me , i say sorry for 100 times still he keeps on shouting and arguing. If i don't say sorry then also he blames me. He keeps on verbally abusing me, disrespecting me until i cry at the end. Then also if i cry out of frustration he says I'm doing drama. When i don't want to talk to him after crying. He still doesn't stop. This has drained me. My inner peace and happiness is gone. But on the other days he is so sweet and gentle towards me. He even fights with his family for me. When i say i don't want to be with you. He says he has left his family for me. It makes me feel kind. But I'm suffering everyday. I'm crying every other day because of the pointless arguments and blames. Once he starts shouting he doesn't stop for whole days. He shouts on phone calls with me constantly blaming me. I say sorry or not, he still doesn't stop. I'm so tired and drained. How should i get out of this situation, where he doesn't let me go away and doesn't let me stay with peace either. ?? My relationship is affecting my studies and my life badly. I'm having headaches he voice and shouting is still echoing and ringing in my head. everyone says leave him leave him but how to start ??

My mother is a narcissist. Literally like didi said she has spoilt my life and I realised she is like this after becoming an adult. And no matter whatever you do she will never be pleased. Also she was a working woman and financially independent so she used to buy things to manipulate me. But people used to thing she is helping me so much blah blah. She used me as a scapegoat basically by fulfilling my needs and hence my problem solving skills, standing up for my ownself, these things never developed and I never grew because I had to do everything to please her so I basically never had a spine or a voice or any personality.

But why should we entertain them! I was in narcissist relationship 4 months ago.. I still miss him but he moved on and married to another women! I was supporting him in every situation always cheer him up even though he abused me & my family and what he did he cheated on me and got married in 4 months just after the breakup.. Hi, I was in narcissist relation. I recently brokeup. I know how it feels. But you have to realize that the happy moments cannot justify the pain you have gone through. The happy moments you are remembering are all made up things in your mind. The illusion of the idea of love with the individual. Do not forget the bad things he did to you. That is why it didn't work out. Do not think narc people are happy. No they are not. They are hollow they cannot be happy for long time. They do not have emotions. They do not feel any empathy and that is the reason he moved on. So stop thinking about what has happened and trust me narc people do not have a happy life they live in illusion so focus on yourself. My father is a narcissist and i feel like most entitled muslim fathers are and you described him perfectly. I stopped agreeing with him, why give them that kind of attention instead i started creating boundaries. I feel like they hate themselves and everybody around them, it not my job to fix him neither am i a therapist 🤷‍♀️ in few years i will move out 😅

One symptom is they react very quickly.. Their mood swings very quickly.... They have no sense whom they are talking and what kind of language are they using... They patch up very easily and broke up and this cycle continues.. They never say sorry..
