Very sensible to limit yourself. I love all your content and it's a real treat when we get more of it but I understand the need to manage your time and energy appropriately. My husband has a gaming KZbin channel which he is trying to build up to get monetised. He started it as a hobby but thought it was worth seeing if it could generate an income. He limits himself to 1 video a week and even at that it takes its toll. Not my idea of fun, sitting on the computer game, talking about it, and then editing it all, but he enjoys it. He creates storylines and some of them are like films, very clever, but not my thing, I'd rather be in the garden!

totally agree - I'm lucky I can build a channel around the garden - though I guess if you loved gaming as much as I love being outside... xxx good luck to your husband - yes it's hard work but the chat with the people who join in is always fun and interesting x

I totally agree with your clip Georgie 😊 I don't post anything personal on my business page (apart from having to leave our rented property/land which has directly effected my business). I'm not great at all this tech stuff anyway, it definitely overwhelms me so some great tips there. Thank you 😊

Really useful video - I came here via your Instagram story (I think it's good to know where your traffic comes from too!). I'm not a small business but am building a YT channel and struggling to balance with a full-time job. This was very refreshing and good advice about managing workload. Thank you for sharing.

Georgie, what are you pricking out there? It look like you are putting them into the same size tray. Are you just spacing them out further from tray 1 to tray 2? How many times do you pot on seedlings before planting them out? Thank you.

I'd guess she's dropping them lower to prevent legginess, I have to do this as I don't grow under lights. It also means you can space them very neatly. I only do it once, deep trays give enough room for the roots.

Hi Karen and Sam yes I sow in deep trays so can prick out into the same trays not so much for legginess but to make sure space between seedlings and sometimes peat free compost can set solid on the surface so pricking out is like miniature hoeing the soil to keep it friable so the seedlings can grow on - if we carry on this mild spring I'll be planting out into the outside beds in a week or so x

Georgie...I have a Health and Safety concern!! I really don't think its a good idea for you to hang those Saws where you can knock them off your beam! A cut from your saw would be very BORING!! 🙈
