You need to speak with a live agent be Pacific tell them you lost your account someone hacked it you need to talk to the agent If you get a virtual agent say “I would like to speak with a live agent” Tell them what happened but also gather your information everything you can from the IP address Console number ID birthday of the account The last digits to your card of your last purchase Stuff like that
