This was a great message! Love the education behind the science of stress and how our body responds to it. Love the practical ways we can help our body regulate when things feel out of wack. I especially love the Biblical principles to help us navigate through trouble whenever it comes. I appreciated the fact that Dr. Andy emphasized the importance of acknowledging the issue and not rejecting it. We can’t be helped or help ourselves if we don’t tell the truth about a situation. Of course, pointing to Jesus, and helping us see just how much He loves us and can identify with our stress, hurt, and pain was impactful. I pray that people answered the Lord’s call to “Follow Him”…He truly is the only one who can heal us. This is, so far in my opinion, his best one on one!

There is difference between healthy stress and unhealthy stress . And there is difference between clinical depression, and occasional depression This is problem with churches it's just trust Jesus and read your Bible it will all go away How in the world is this guy still a practicing clinical psychologist He should lose his lincese He has no right to hold the lincese he has. Demeaning genuine mental health issues is not a good look for you as a church.
