Have you ever considered how much risk you put yourself in by coaming your hair back while wrestling

Can you go into how you find those kind of events, what they pay (if they do) and all that?

I’m competing for the first time next week Saturday. Any tips advice?

Warm up really good (not just stretching, a legit warm up) so you’re not cold and stiff and then get a adrenaline dump mid match or after the match

@@J1Pa17 kinda like transitions and warming up the body in general?

@@noahechevarria4126 warming up the body in general. My favorite is cycling and shadow boxing. Once you’re in the arena try to stay warm with hoodies and pants and movement
@Carsahh2 ай бұрын
Everyone says to warm up. For your first comp definitely do what feels best, however just so you have another option, I personally don’t do any “warm ups.” For me I feel like they always psyched me out so I prefer to just stay really hot and get in gear during the match. You’ll always see me with a hoodie, sweats, and a puffer on before I go compete 👍

@@Carsahh I’m looking at 10 minute matches with Overtime. So I feel like I can warm up during the match as well. Definitely will feel it out. I am worried about the adrenaline dump after my first match

Bro your coach needs to give you purple. Your not blue any more man
@EricPerreaultАй бұрын
Yeah... I don't understand why belts are even a thing at competitions when they are obviously meaningless with guys of this caliber competing at blue. Different gyms have such completely different standards it just doesn't mean anything at this point
