Very inspiring! Always think out of the box! Hardwork combined with passion leads to success! I have a cookie shop in my college town. When I started it, I was living in my car with very little direction, just a huge passion to be successful. I just graduated college as well. I started the late night cookie shop out of a local bagel shop in their off hours at night. I was living in my car in the parking lot of the shop at the time with my boyfriend, Bran. It was a crazy experience but it worked! We became a success! And how we have our first storefront location (hopefully a second soon!) We started it to fund a year long backpacking trip around the world and to be successful while living the life of our dreams. I am definitely not where I want to take this to just yet, because our second location is under construction now! And it's leading to achieving even bigger things!

I launched a micro-press 7 years ago this month (yea!) So I could self-publish my books with a company behind me. I'm getting more aggressive this year with publishing (plan is for a 5 book Christmas series) and I already have 10 other titles. Being an indie author is a very steady climb and sales have more to do with algorithms than anything else these days. Still, I'm interested in studying successful authors' business models because those Indies are my spirit animal 😊 Thanks for another inspiring video and congrats on your 1 year anniversary!

Great advice. I enjoy working for myself. I enjoy writing(songs, poems, speech, skits and just about anything). In school when I get notes, for me to get the full knowledge I read over the teachers notes and rewrite in my own words and this always helps me to ace my exams. I also enjoy planning and agriculture which I am currently doing. Growing any kind of crops is a real passion.

This is wonderful advice in general but I love how you focus the process into just a few action steps that force us to THINK. Because the process has to involve a lot of self-reflection that is practical but not touchy-feely. #2 sounds too general at first and therefore unfocused--the opposite of what you'd expect--but "What do you love to do?" is a necessary step toward #3 (whether you will enjoy the day-to-day) and even #4, where what you love doing may reflect your values or help you verbalize them. Hope I didn't misconstrue things but thank you for putting all this together, it's so useful!
