@@sonyjmathew4430 After any course you choose, the amount of stay afterwards totally depends on the visa status. Finding H1B with assistant job might be hard. However it maybe a bit easier for people on h4 visas with EAD.

Hi Dr. Sam I love your videos, they are always positive and uplifting, thank you! Would you be willing to an update on which advanced/postgraduate programs for international dentists are conducive to a license? (even if limited) And the states that issue them. I've been watching vlogs about the "life of a year 3 or year 4 dental student", and it seems to me that there is not much practice on actual patients. In my school, we started seeing patients from the 2nd semester onwards so I find that a bit strange. I feel that I will have to "unlearn" my underdeveloped-country- techniques and learn highly sophisticated techniques, and I find that very exciting! plus not having the pressure of messing up a patient's tooth while you are still learning. Never happened to me, but I can tell you some horror stories that happened in my school 😣

Hey Chaavi, doing BDS in India and then international DDS in US would be less expensive. But if you plan on doing DDS straight up then you will need to go through a predental program which is 2-3 yrs long before you get to applying for the DDS stage.

All US degrees are recognized in Canada as well. But in order to practice in Canada you will need to clear the Canadian licensure exams and may have some other requirements from the Canadian states.

Hey Anju, Yes you can. There is a small exam in most states to get a RDA license which you can easily clear. Just make sure your visa status is clear for working and earning. If not you may need to volunteer.
