I don't think it's rude at all. If we kept everything someone gave us, our houses would be bursting at the seams!! I'm loving these de-cluttering videos!!! Have a great week beautiful lady!!

Wow I have 6 items in my head that are going, I just needed to hear you don’t have to keep gifts😳. I have been doing so well lately with my decluttering journey..I’m definitely including gifts on Friday. Then I have our bedroom to reorganise, declutter and make a calm place for us to be . Then I’m going to be in maintaining mode. Box ready for donations, and anything else out. I love you Lynn. Take care x

I have a laundry basket and a tote. I’m just getting ready to go through my first closet!! Great video Miss Lynn! You made me realize it is impossible to keep everything! And most of what we have are things from when our kids were little. Do they want them as adults? Nope. So why do I feel the need to keep them? It’s going to be a huge process but it’s time to start! Thanks again for the motivation my friend❤

In my opinion, it isn't rude. It really is a harsh truth- double edged sword if you will- that If something is disturbing your peace in any way, shape, or form, it's gotta go. We're all guilty of this im sure(most people anyway) because at the end of the day, it's inside your house taking up space, and YOU are the one that has to find the space for it. I know that thought process seems harsh, but Anything that disturbs your peace will continue to so do until you make a decision ❤

Hey flossy😊 Hope you’re doing well. The answer to your question, is No it’s not rude to give, donate, or throw away anything that doesn’t give you peace; you’re setting boundaries for your home.🙏🏻💜🙏🏻💜🙏🏻💜

I hate when people try to sell items within their videos.

How else should one get paid when making videos? If YT doesn’t pay what it used to, creators have to do this or links. If I’m not getting paid then I’m going to find a job outside of my home and then I have to put my toddler in full-time care and then my entire paycheck won’t even cover daycare for the month. I’ve been there and done that. I appreciate you watching the videos and I have gone out of my way to make sure you have a timestamp so you can fast forward.❤️

Once someone gives you something, it no longer belongs to them. It belongs to you now she was loaning it to you. That’s different. Apparently, the person that gave you that does not understand what gift means

I think children do much better when not overwhelmed with too much stuff. we get overwhelmed when have too much clutter and it's the same with our children. also, when given a gift it is yours to do with what you want. I let my family know it's okay to not keep the things I give them. I'm okay with that.
