What a fantastic conversation! Michael Meade is a treasure himself. I keep hearing "tell a new story," like the muses are constantly reminding me of what I came here to participate with. What story am I telling with my life? This has become one of my guiding questions.

Aubrey you are a genius for bringing this man on, so many underrate the meaning of mythology due to misunderstandings and misinterpretations, most think you can translate the words and that’s it. But the ways of thinking can be different as well. This man has so much fun with his knowledge haha, cutting confusion left and right in a spot on manner. Grateful to be able to see this, sometimes you lose faith that there are people who are like minded but then an accidental click of a button directing you to this beautiful work reminds you that the world is great! Om mani padme hum. Love and Peace!:)

I’m so excited to watch this. I attempted to watch Kaos on Netflix but I have zero knowledge of mythology. The timing was impeccable KZbin fed me this today. I paused the episode to watch this. My wish is that this episode will help me understand the show Kaos. Thank you for reading and I’d love any suggestions if you have time to guide. ~Michelle

Had to pause to write this. I just watched Danica speak to Bryan Johnson what a great talk. Please chat with her I’ve been waiting for you 2 to talk. I started Kaos on Netflix a couple days ago. This particular episode got fed to me by KZbin after Danicas. The timing is impeccable thank you KZbin. I’m really intrigued by the Netflix show Kaos however my understanding of mythology is zero. I’m wishing this episode clears it up so I can watch the show. I literally had to put the show on hold so I can learn about it then I can watch it and actually understand. Thank you brothers for airing this information. To your success, Michelle Roseman

I really enjoyed this talk on mythology. To start I am Alaskan Native "Tlingit" and I grew up listening to myths and stories about creation and why certain beliefs that we had. We never had a written language , so it was through these stories we were taught and how we passed our history down. I don't know why, but in grade school every chance I got I would go to the library where I discovered the books on mythology and I was fascinated by them. I only thought they were stories back then and never thought it had a moral untill I was much older. Anyway listening to the both of you talk about mythology and the like opened my mind and learning. That a person can hear the same story by different people and learn something from it that was missed the first , second time. With that I appreciate the knowledge you both shared. Peace and blessings to you both.

I really enjoyed Mr. Mead's knowledge and wisdom shared. I love your content AM, it's fair, open, energetic, and with our personal truths being so subjective, you openly give the wisdom that in earlier centuries was only shared with royalty, priests, and/or initiates. Your guest mentioned Dr. Joseph Murphy, he was my mentor 'from afar'...after reading his book 'The Power of Your Subconscious Mind' in 1981. He widened my eyes and opened my consciousness. Originally printed in 1963...I got the 32nd printing in 1981 for $3.96~! I still treasure it...and read it when I need to. Mr.Mead reminds me of that same line of thought. Thank you, thank you for all your effort freely shared with all of us.

My brother from the other, I'm honored af to have witnessed this exchange. I kept feeling the urge to harmoniously chime in, as I'm one to have delved into the abyss and returned to my global tribe. Although I am proudly a foundational extension of the Austin Collective, I also find solace, and immense purpose from being an earthling who has ritualisticly threaded the needle of existence on quite a few occassions. As painful as those experiences sometimes were, they were balanced by the outcome. Or in other words, "the juice was worth the squeeze."
