Oh ! Those sassy ravens bring out the black in the table runner. Love the bronze lady in the center. Nice to see statues get to shine as a centerpiece once in a while. The first things I ever started collecting (as a kid) were cheap angel figurines, then (with age and income), I advanced to antique clocks. So you know I loved seeing some of yours! I like how you are featuring what you plan to use at the beginning....... I wasn't a big fan of those green Wedgewood dinner plates, until you paired them with the gold edged fruit plates! That toned down the green (not my favorite color!). One can still find random plates with a center fruit design at local thrifts. (I have purchased several I was planning to use in tidbit trays.) May not find a complete set of one type, but I like to mix and match anyway, so it's all good. Loved what you created, Jeff!

I have a Berliner, a black forest wall clock, a couple of gingerbread kitchen clocks, 1 - 3 weight wall clock, 2 - 2 weight wall clocks, 3 school clocks, several marble mantle clocks, a camelback Seth Meyers mantle clock and several chiming wall clocks. I love it when they're all wound up, ticking, and the chimes go off! Happy to comment to improve your channel's algorithms.....

Love the idea of the fruit plates,I'm doing a fox and pheasant theme this year but I'm definitely going to use the ravens I have on my breakfront/dessert area,they'll add a nice fall touch(thanks for the inspiration to incorporate different pieces in your table scapes)😀

The table is beautiful! I would not have imagined ravens on the dinning room table, but they work. I have seen the little Bavarian plates before on your videos. I remembered that I have a tea cup and saucer that look similar. to them. I checked the mark on the back. It is hard to make part of it out because it is in German and in a script. there is a crown at the top, the words I can't read then it says W. Germany. Next is a 3(with a dot after the 3), then Qualitats Porzellan. I have done a Google image search and I have found similar items but they have three or five fruit images on the saucer. Mine has four. The cup has apples and berries on it and nothing inside the cup except a gold ring around the inner brim of the cup. It is fun looking up the teapots and tea cups I have picked up at a local thrift store. Sometimes I will go beyond the pieces I am looking up and read the history of the company that manufactured them. It is a wonderful and exciting treasure hunt. I have enjoyed researching my china from occupied Japan, India, England, West Germany, and even the history of my Franciscan Ware items. My mom collected antiques and I have cataloged what we have and made a scrap book of them. Such fun! I love rescuing teapots and tea items from thrift stores. Each one has an unknown story. As I write this I am looking at a teapot with small roses all around it. The handle and the little nob at the top are gold. This was a well loved teapot. I can tell because the gold is worn off where she held it every time the Lady poured her tea. I think that is what made me by it. There was a story of a very loved teapot here. As I washed the thrift store dust off of it I made a promise to the Lady who once owned it that I would love and care for her precious teapot. There is no marking on the bottom of that pot to tell it's value. No marking is needed for the value of the teapot is in the love she once gave it.
