So I’m confused because I hardly ever use pepping consistency just flood and never have issues with it. I noticed other cookie decorators like Hanilla doesn’t either and just uses tipless bags most of the time and doesn’t have issues. Why do you always use pipping consistency? Is it just your preference?

It is a personal preference. I like the results of 2 consistencies, especially when adding the final details! But just like all crafts, there are many 'right' ways of doing it!
