what is the recipe of the frosting or buttercream you are using? I like the flavor of heavy whipping cream but doesn't come well in all cakes. I need to decorate a cake using balloons for decoration and I have a stencil that has that but I don't know the right frosting that has a good consistance and great flavor.

You're gifted and skilled; no doubt about that. You lived up to the promise in the title too, but I think that it could have been a perfect decorated piece, if you hadn't rushed so much. If I had been the customer and would have seen this video, I would have been offended. Not very respectful to rush so much. Your clientele deserves better than that; they spend their dear money on a cake that was meant to illustrate the specialty of their anniversary, not to be fobbed of.
