Anyone that stops by my house over the holiday season gets a small home made gift. My grandma used to make a hot chocolate mix using nestle quik, dry milk powder, and a bit of powdered sugar that I've always wanted to make some for these little gifts but could never figure out a container that suited me. These would be perfect. There are so many "gift in a jar" recipes out there that would work for this. Cookie mixes, soup mixes...you could even cram one full of art or craft supplies.

Love all of your mason jars. They are beautiful. I'm a new viewer of your channel. I watch lots of crafters here. I'm here to learn new techniques and products. I always save the extra layers of the napkins I decopodge with. They can be used in many ways. I saw a crafter line boxes with them. I've seen them used as filler for large vases. I've used them to tone down really bright craft papers that I wouldn't use otherwise.

You can also use plastic wrap (cling film) or thin plastic holders used to place paper or documents in, to press gently over the napkins. It helps to minimize wrinkles.

I really love your technique! The plastic bags to secure the napkins is a brilliant idea! Also love that you chose an off white color as you are right, the white is too stark. Also brilliant that you chose to wait about a day for the first coat of mod Podge to dry before moving on to the 2nd coat of mod podge so the napkins don’t rip. Very nicely done! I am now a follower!
