It’s not an actual newspaper you have to do the red light/green light mission and take photos of all the maps to unlock the evidence.

If I'm right it's 2111 so if you find the city which matches 2111, the city will be the 2nd entry/passcode. With Miami, if you find the 4 numbers next to Miami that is the first entry, the numbers not the word Miami. Hopefully this has worked for you! (Correction 2211)

I got Memphis from the newspaper, which is 3,1,8,0. Then on the red/blue sheet I got these numbers: 14, 58, ?, 59, 30, 61, 38, ?, 46, 68: for the first ? (red), I got 22. For the second ? (blue) I got 64. These numbers translate to Charlotte which is 2,2,6,4. I put these in the computer and they don't work please help daddy.

If the city from the newspaper is Las Vegas then find the 4 numbers that are next to the city in the 3rd piece of evidence. those 4 numbers are your first entry and for the second entry I believe your red and blue numbers are 5896 and therefore find 5896 and the city that they are with is the second entry. The city name not the numbers. This should work lete know if it does or doesn't!

So for the first entry find the number which is with Austin and that is the first entry and 1473 is the code I believe for the 2nd part so on the number station one of the cities should have 1473 next to it and that city will be the second entry. Hope this helps!
