Thank you. I always remove the flap and forget which way to orientate it back!

Thanks for showing this. How often do you recommend cleaning?

Hi, it really depends on usage. We are a cafe open 5 days a week serving around 500 coffees a week and do this deep clean on a weekly basis. I would think a weekly deep clean would be ok up to around 2000 coffees per week. Any more, you might want to thing about every few days. Conversely, 100 coffees a week could mean it might be a monthly exercise.

Hello my friend, I have a question. I own the Eureka Single-Dose 65 grinder. Does the taste make any difference if I take the Malkonig E65 grinder??

Hi, I haven't used the Eureka 65 so can't comment with any certainty. Also, they operate in different walks of life. The Mahlkonig E65s is designed for grinding hundreds shots of coffee every day. The Eureka 65 is more suited to a home environment maybe being used a few times a day at most. If you are running a cafe, I would highly recommend the Mahlkonig as a work horse grinder that will stay consistent all day. If you are looking for something for home use then the Mahlkonig is probably overkill and much more costly at £2.5-£3k. Taste wise, I think the Mahlkonig would probably just win but quite marginally - just based on price point and reputation - as I said, I haven't used the Eureka so cannot make a certain judgement.

It is NEVER good practice to rely on a safety power switch (like the one that cuts power when the hopper is removed) to protect you when working on powered equipment. Please add a note to the video early on to pull the plug before exposing people to rotating components.
