Why not Iwata or H&K? Sotar seems a bit more complicated to clean.

I've been having an issue with my trigger, once I press it down it typically won't want to come back up and I'd have to pull it up. Am I overtightening a certain part?

If you haven't fixed it yet, it could be something to do with the air valve plunger or the o-ring on it. Sometimes, the o-ring can swell, causing the trigger to stick. Try taking it off of the plunger and leaving it in the sun on a window sill for a couple of days.

So I have both the 105 and sitar 20/20. They are both great airbrush sitar is more of a detailing airbrush the 105 is more of a general airbrush so it’s really what you planning to use it for.
