As far as vacuuming floor first, I start at the top, then finish with floor. I like these steps so I am not repeating any work. I use micro tools to suck up moisture, I never use the large tool on dash if used on floor or you can use forced air? Any brushes I use on the interior, are dedicated interior brushes. I never spray product directly onto interior surfaces. I never put leather conditioner onto the steering, except the inside. In today's environment, consider using a spray disinfectant. And always wear protective gloves.

Does spraying the console with the radio and temp control dials....does that not get inside and hurt the wiring?

So I'm waiting for Adams interior ceramic kit to come. Can I use this to clean and prep the interior for ceramic? Meaning if I clean interior with this, can I just put the application on top of it or, like a regular ceramic for exterior, do I have to IPA the seats and then apply ceramic?

No, not at all. But do be careful to not glop it on, spread it into the pad first to avoid it gathering in the holes.

Hi there! As Adam demonstrated in the video, this was for deep cleaning certain areas. He used a wet-dry vacuum to suck up the majority of the agitated Leather & Interior Cleaner liquid first. This will pull liquid out from behind buttons as well. Then wipe up the excess with an Edgeless Utility Towel. If your interior is not as dirty, simply spray the Leather & Interior Cleaner directly into the Edgeless Utility Towel, then wipe the towel over the buttons and controls. In either case, make sure the vehicle is off and all electronics are powered off before cleaning.

Why call it leather cleaner if you use it on plastics and vinyl?

Hi Richard, it's actually called "Leather & Interior Cleaner." It's a strong cleaning chemical that can be used on leather, plastic, and vinyl surfaces. Keep in mind that it will remove any previous dressings or conditioners from these surfaces, so you will want to protect them again afterward with something like our Leather Conditioner, Interior Detailer with Microban, or Leather & Interior Dressing.
