One friendly reminder when you are lifting the turkey and basket out don't forget to tilt the basket to allow any hot oil that might still be in the cavity of the bird to slide out.

Just a quick tip is use a separate bowl to pour the injection into to avoid cross contamination from the needle touching the bird 🐔 Great job 👍
