one thing i notcie is that you have to hold your left trigger button up and down rather than side to side since 2k programs players to defend like that for easier bumps animations. i watch it from a defense irl video and he explains the different movements NBA defenders take and I applied this concept to it

My biggest issue is if I guy get by me my center or PF who’s ever near the basket they just stand there and make no attempt to defend and by the time I switch to them it’s too late. Any advice. Oh btw I play offline franchise or MyNba what ever it’s called

WHY DID THEY TAKE AWAY THE BUTTON TO CHANGE DEFENSE ON THE FLY (right on D pad on xbox) like selecting switch or stay home, selecting to crash the boards or whatever and etc now theres just a button that does nothing its so pointless and frustrating 😢

You can say who you're guarding, so if you're screen and stuck *for me L1* Tell the CPU you're staying on the screener and they'll pick up and you can switch back after recovering
